On April 8th, 2025, Cheif Sponsors Representative Lindsay Lapointe and LaShawn K. announced a new bill to support fundamental areas of harm reduction & recovery. The bill will increase access to care for people who are incarcerated, diminishes barriers to supportive housing programs, secures funding to support workers and keep programs thriving, and increases access to harm reduction programs.
